AGREEMENT. Yes, I want to get started right away. I clearly
understand the GOLD FINDER PLUS is all about rent to own home
listings and/or lease purchase opportunity listings delivered to me
in my email. It has been made very clear that RealtyRTO and its
agents(s) are not acting as a real estate agent on my behalf but
simply providing me an exclusive list of rent to own real estate
listings customized for my personal needs and wants. I
understand the $29 portion of my payment is for non-refundable
service administration set up and listing fee. By typing 'YES' in the
box is my approval to enroll me in the exclusive RealtyRTO 'Gold
Finder Plus Search Listing Service.' I clearly understand that
RealtyRTO shall deliver to my email any and all listings that match
with my preferences as shown on the Gold Finder Plus profile. It
also makes perfect sense to me that there may be very limited
listings to match my profile, or there may be none at all., therefore
this agreement shall be in affect for six (6) months. Realtyrto have
no responsibility for the content of my rent to own real estate
want ad. I agree that all personal information on my rent to own
real estate want ad will be visible for anyone to contact me
directly and I accept that completely. My goal is to buy real estate
from a for sale by owner so that I can realize the dream of home
or land ownership with a rent to own real estate program. I have
read and understand and am bound by the privacy policy and
terms of use policy. If I did not agree I would not type "YES" on
the Gold Finder Plus Profile Form.
